CPR class training and certifications:

• Your staff will be trained and receive their CPR certification cards by a certified Heart Association Instructor.

Quality Care Implementation and Certification / Pay for Performance:

• Most insurance carriers are now requiring all physicians to have their NCQA certification in order to receive P4P.  We will help your practice initiate a quality patient care plan and guide you through the certification process.

Electronic Medical Records Implementation:

• We are advocates for a health information exchange to be in place for all communities so we can disseminate health information.  All physicians will need to have some form of an EMR system in place, in order to help with the dissemination of information and to help with the health care disparities that plague our nation.  We will help with selecting and implementing a system for your practice.

• Oversee payroll, benefit administration and employee management.  Help develop formal employee job descriptions.  Develop and conduct new hire orientation program.  Implement pre-employment screening process.
